Mais rien ne devrait \u00e9viter ce transfert. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les d\u00e9clarations de monsieur Serge BRAMMERTS, procureur du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M%C3%A9canisme_pour_les_Tribunaux_p%C3%A9naux_internationaux\">M\u00e9canisme pour les Tribunaux p\u00e9naux internationaux<\/a>, il faudra bien une ann\u00e9e pour mettre \u00e0 jour le dossier de F\u00e9licien KABUGA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;On peut l\u00e9gitimement craindre, si les choses tra\u00eenent en longueur comme c\u2019est trop souvent le cas dans les affaires li\u00e9es au g\u00e9nocide des Tutsi, que ce dernier ne soit jamais jug\u00e9!&nbsp;\u00bb dit Mr. Alain Gauthier de CPCR (Collectif des parties civiles pour le Rwanda.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par la Cour de cassation de Paris, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la Cour d\u2019appel a \u00e9valu\u00e9 le fait qu\u2019il n\u2019existait pas d\u2019obstacles juridiques ou vitaux \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un mandat qui dit qu\u2019il devait \u00eatre plac\u00e9 sous la garde des Nations Unies \u00e0 Arusha, en Tanzanie&nbsp;; d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par un juge de La Haye, sur la base d&#8217;un acte d&#8217;accusation d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par le Tribunal p\u00e9nal international pour le Rwanda (TPIR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dossier de Kabuga F\u00e9licien a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis au parquet du <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M%C3%A9canisme_pour_les_Tribunaux_p%C3%A9naux_internationaux\">M\u00e9canisme pour les Tribunaux p\u00e9naux internationaux<\/a> le 1<sup>er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt 2012, et le 29 avril 2013 le juge Vagn Joensen du <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M%C3%A9canisme_pour_les_Tribunaux_p%C3%A9naux_internationaux\">M\u00e9canisme pour les Tribunaux p\u00e9naux internationaux<\/a> a \u00e9mis un mandat d&#8217;arr\u00eat contre Kabuga et l&#8217;a envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 la section d&#8217;Arusha, o\u00f9 il sera d\u00e9tenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que la cour de cassation de Paris s&#8217;est prononc\u00e9e en faveur de la d\u00e9cision, la France a moins d&#8217;un mois pour remettre Kabuga au <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M%C3%A9canisme_pour_les_Tribunaux_p%C3%A9naux_internationaux\">M\u00e9canisme pour les Tribunaux p\u00e9naux internationaux<\/a> a Arusha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les collectifs des parties civiles pour le Rwanda expriment la grande satisfaction apr\u00e8s que\u00a0\u00a0 la Cour de Cassation a rejet\u00e9 &hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2285,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[17],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2284","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-francais","latest_post"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.2 -
